• More than 10 years of experience in corporate technological environments.
• At least 5 years leading technological transformation and implementation projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders and providers.
• Experience in the insurance sector and knowledge of core insurance platforms is highly valued.
• Project management methodologies: Agile, SAFe, PMP, Prince2, or equivalents.
• Java architectures, Oracle environments, and Cloud platforms.
• DevOps and modern software delivery practices.
• Collaborative and monitoring tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Integration of systems and complex technological ecosystems.
