About the role

What you'll do

Reporting directly to Management, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of traffic operations and distribution:

Distribution management: Daily organization and supervision of dispatch for delivery and control of warehouse operations.

Team leadership: Supervision, development, and performance control of reporting staff (supervisors, warehouse workers, etc.).

Management of suppliers/carriers: Active sourcing, contracting, ongoing evaluation, and cost control of external carriers.

KPI control for quality and costs:

Compliance with delivery and pickup ratios, as well as B2B services.

Monitoring and optimization of cost per shipment/route (Home Delivery and B2B) and handling costs.

Management of internal operations and systems: Loading and route optimization in the corporate ERP, review of parcels and settlement/penalties for carriers.

Protocols and Reports: Preparation of internal operational protocols (timings, task assignment) and daily reports on production and costs for Management.

Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP): Ensuring compliance with ORP regulations within the facilities for both in-house and subcontractor staff.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in similar positions (Traffic Manager, Operations or Distribution Manager) within the logistics/parcel sector.
