Machine Operator

• Vocational training or, failing that, experience in a similar workplace is recommended.
• Training in handling chemical products (caustic soda, acid, peroxides, and alkalis) is recommended.
• Basic mechanical knowledge is recommended.
• Basic computer skills at user level are recommended.
• Training in LEAN — Continuous Improvement and 5S Culture is recommended.
• Training in Quality and Food Safety regulations, IFS, BRC.

Salary of 20,400 euros gross per year + night shift bonus.

Direct hire onto the permanent staff.

5-shift rotation (morning, afternoon, and night shifts).

• Proper operation of the packaging machines.
• Knowledge of production parameters and responsibility for packaging on the assigned lines, including capping, weight, process temperature, and pasteurization treatment.
• Verification, control, and monitoring of the process and heat treatment.
• Performing OPs and CIPs within the time established by the packaging and tank planning schedule, according to work instructions.
• Cleaning the pasteurizer filters and checking for foreign objects on magnets, and cleaning them according to work instructions.
• Keeping records and performing controls.
• Monitoring CPs and CCPs during production to ensure quality and food safety.
• Supplying containers and caps to the packaging machine in the absence of the packaging logistics operator, recording consumption and returns.
• Declaring them in the ERP system and performing external cleaning of the machines and the process.
• Performing format changes and production start-ups.
• Performing chute and hopper changes as required by the planning schedule.
• Monitoring the level of the line pools.
• Taking micro samples of the line wash water.
• Monitoring packaging rejection and waste.
• Making adjustments to the packaging machine and auxiliary machinery (handling valves, pulsotronic, operating the Videojet
• coder).
• Knowing the parameters and operation of the X-ray machine.
• Checking and verifying them during production and performing the corresponding controls with the validated patterns.
• Performing the required check at the start of production and at the start of each shift to ensure quality and food safety.
• Maintaining order, cleanliness, and hygiene in the work area in accordance with Safety and Hygiene protocols.
