The role

To continue with the Inquiba expansion process, we are looking for people willing to learn and train as production machine operators.

The training will be carried out under the conditions of an employment contract and will be paid.

What you'll do

During the first phase, the selected people will receive training with follow-up from their assigned tutor.
After successfully completing the training, they will be able to access an employment contract as a machine operator. The functions to be performed are:
- Supervising and supporting the operation of the line.
- Ensuring order and cleanliness, complying with the different procedures and maintaining the work area.
- Controlling the raw materials and ensuring they meet the needs of each reference to be manufactured.
- Meticulously carrying out the different quality controls.
- Reporting any manufacturing incidents to the management system.
