The role

Looking for a new challenge in Customer Service and Supply Chain? Join a key SAP S4 Hana integration project (estimated duration of 3 to 6 months) within a leading multinational company. We are looking for a proactive professional to act as the main liaison between international customers, distributors, and various internal company departments.

What you'll do

Act as the primary point of contact for key external customers, distributors, and internal departments.
Monitor the business integration into SAP S4 Hana until complete stabilization.
Actively monitor open orders and delivery timeframes to ensure timely supplies, proactively communicating any potential delays or incidents.
Develop a deep understanding of assigned customers' business models and decision-makers, sharing relevant market information via Salesforce CRM.
Manage the end-to-end order and inquiry process: quotes, pricing calculation, returns, and complex cross-region/plant orders.
Perform standard customer master data and pricing maintenance following SAP and Salesforce CRM guidelines.
Manage the collection and credit management process (e.g., credit holds, billing adjustments, charges, and credits) as well as rebate and commission systems.
Manage inventory modalities: call-off orders, consignment stocks, inventory replenishment, billing, and reconciliations.
Handle customer service and product complaints, performing quality checks and corrective actions in compliance with SOX and ISO regulations.
Drive customer adoption of digital tools like the Webshop, providing support and reporting incidents.
Support the sales team with detailed volume reports and follow up on sales against forecasts.
Provide backup coverage to Junior or Senior CSRs for standard transactions.
