Dishwasher / Kitchen Porter

• Wash plates, cutlery, glasses, pots, pans, and utensils
• Keep the kitchens, the dishwashing area, the floors, and the work surfaces clean
• Take out the trash and sort the waste according to the hotel's rules
• Restock clean tableware so that cooks and waiters always have it available
• Help receive and store merchandise when necessary
• Comply with food hygiene and safety standards

Fixed-discontinuous employment contract with a real possibility of becoming a regular employee of our hotel and being loyal to work shifts every week.

Competitive salary according to the hospitality collective agreement of the Community of Madrid.

Previous experience: Proven previous experience in dishwashing, kitchen cleaning, or kitchen porter positions in hotels, restaurants, or catering companies.

Key competencies: Agile, organized person with physical stamina and a great ability to work in a team under dynamic kitchen rhythms.

Availability: Flexible schedule to work rotating shifts (mornings, afternoons, nights, and/or weekends) according to the hotel's needs.

Hygiene: Absolute commitment to food safety and hygiene standards. Having a food handler's certificate is a plus.

• Lavar platos, cubiertos, vasos, ollas, sartenes y utensilios
• Mantener limpias las cocinas, el office, los suelos y las superficies de trabajo
• Sacar la basura y separar los residuos según las normas del hotel
• Reponer el menaje limpio para que cocineros y camareros siempre dispongan de él
• Ayudar a recibir y almacenar mercancías cuando es necesario
• Cumplir las normas de higiene y seguridad alimentaria

Contrato laboral fijo-discontinuo con posibilidad real de convertirte en trabajador/a habitual de nuestro hotel y fidelizarte para realizar turnos todas las semanas.

Salario competitivo según el convenio de hostelería de la Comunidad de Madrid.

Experiencia previa: Demostrable experiencia previa en puestos de office, limpieza de cocina o fregaplatos en hoteles, restaurantes o empresas de catering.

Competencias clave: Persona ágil, organizada, con resistencia física y gran capacidad para trabajar en equipo bajo ritmos dinámicos de cocina.

Disponibilidad: Flexibilidad horaria para trabajar en turnos rotativos (mañanas, tardes, noches y/o fines de semana) según las necesidades del hotel.

Higiene: Compromiso absoluto con las normas de seguridad alimentaria e higiene. Valorable disponer del carné de manipulador de alimentos.
