The role

Do you have experience in maintenance, coordination, and operational supervision in industrial environments? At Randstad, we are looking for candidates like you.

What you'll do

We are looking for an active, hands-on profile, close to operations, decisive, and with organizational capacity and team leadership skills. Functions:

General supervision, daily control, and integral monitoring of everything occurring at the plant.
Direct management and leadership of the center's operational personnel.
Coordination, supervision, and monitoring of external companies and installers.
Control of mechanical incidents, technical supervision, and support in metalwork and welding tasks.
Operational recording and control using basic office tools and maintenance management systems (CMMS).
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, order, and operational standards in the facilities.

Requirements

Education: ESO / Intermediate Vocational Training.

Languages: Spanish C1.

Knowledge: Preventive and corrective maintenance, people management, coordination of subcontractors, notions of electricity, office tools, and CMMS.

Experience: At least 3 to 5 years in industrial maintenance or operational supervision positions.
