What you'll get

One-year contract, after which you will transition directly to the company.

Starting salary of 25,000 euros gross per year for the first 6 months, then 29,000 euros gross per year

The role

Do you have experience as a logistics administrator? At Randstad, we are looking for candidates like you!

What you'll do

Document and shipment management: Issuance, control, and filing of delivery notes, loading orders, consignment notes (CMR), and customs or special goods documentation.
Route coordination and monitoring: Assignment of loads to carriers, real-time tracking of deliveries and collections, and immediate resolution of incidents in transit.
Customer and supplier service: Direct communication with customers to update their order status, scheduling of unloading/loading appointments, and dealing with transport agencies.
ERP/WMS registration and control: Entry and updating of stock inbound and outbound data, warehouse inventory, and basic invoicing of logistics services.
Driver reception and dispatch: Assignment of loading docks, and delivery and review of required documentation to carriers upon their arrival and departure from the warehouse.

How you'll work

Monday to Friday schedule working rotating shifts from 8:00 to 17:00 or from 9:00 to 17:00 for juniors (1h for lunch)
