The role

Are you looking to balance your studies or personal projects with a dynamic job that provides extra income? At Randstad, we are selecting line operators for an important paper company located in Vilaverd (Conca de Barberà). This is an ideal opportunity if you are looking for casual days and flexibility. We are waiting for you!

What you'll do

As part of the production and packaging line for medical paper rolls, you will perform support tasks such as:

Basic feeding and supplying of the handling line.
Removal, packaging, and boxing of the final product.
Manual palletizing and strapping of boxes or coils.
Visual verification of the finished product's condition.
Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area.

Requirements

Residency: Vilaverd, Montblanc, or nearby towns (Conca de Barberà / Camp de Tarragona region).

Mobility: Own vehicle to travel to the workplace.

Availability: Flexibility to join on casual days and adapt to morning, afternoon, or night shifts upon notice.

Profile: Active person, eager to learn, with dynamism and a good attitude for teamwork (ideal for students or junior profiles).

Experience: No previous experience required; having worked in factory or warehouse environments will be positively valued.
