What we're looking for

Training: Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training in Electromechanical Maintenance, Industrial Maintenance, Electricity and Electronics, or similar. Experience: At least 1-2 years performing industrial maintenance tasks at an operational level. Technical knowledge: Solid electrical and industrial mechanical base and notions of pneumatic circuits/PLCs. Residence and mobility: Own vehicle to commute to the workplace and residence in the Conca de Barberà region or nearby. Attitude: A resourceful, responsible person with the ability to work in a team.

What you'll get

Salary: €12.50 gross/hour. Schedule: Split shift from Monday to Friday (8:30 to 13:30 and 14:30 to 17:30). Hiring: Initial contract through Randstad with real possibilities of transitioning to the direct workforce. Environment: Joining a qualified technical team with a good working atmosphere.

At Randstad, we are selecting a Maintenance Operator for an important company in the chemical/industrial sector located in the Conca de Barberà area. What you'll do

Reporting directly to the technical manager, you will be responsible for:

Execution of the preventive and corrective maintenance plan on lines and facilities.

Diagnosis and resolution of mechanical and electrical breakdowns at the machine.

Support in the detection of incidents in electrical panels and automata/PLCs.

Maintenance of pneumatic components, motors, and transmission systems.

Proposal of improvements in the work equipment to avoid repetitive downtime.

Rigorous compliance with occupational safety standards, order, and cleanliness in the plant.
