About the role

We are looking for an Oracle EPM Manager to join our financial transformation teams for our client in Madrid.

The selected candidate will lead initiatives for the implementation and evolution of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management solutions, collaborating with financial and technology areas to optimize planning, consolidation, reporting, and financial analysis processes.

The position is based in Madrid under a hybrid work model, with some days worked from home and others at the office, where you will be able to create valuable synergies with the rest of your team.

Responsible for leading and coordinating the implementation of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, quality, and budget objectives, as well as alignment between business needs and the implemented solution.

Requirements

  • Professional experience in transformation and implementation projects of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions.
  • Experience performing roles as Project Manager, Delivery Lead, or implementation lead in Oracle EPM Cloud projects.
  • Demonstrable experience managing projects end to end, including planning, financial tracking, risk management, and coordination of functional and technical teams.
  • Experience in international environments and in managing business and technology stakeholders.
  • Proven experience leading complex Oracle EPM Cloud implementation projects.
  • Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate stakeholders across different organizational levels.
