HR Internship

Integrated into our team of Recruitment Consultants, your main mission will be to provide support throughout the entire recruitment cycle. You will learn to identify the best talent for our clients and master the most advanced selection tools on the market.

During your internship, you will receive training and provide support in:

Posting job openings on the various job portals and Randstad corporate channels.

Resume screening and pre-selection of candidates according to the requested profiles.

Scheduling candidates and conducting telephone or video conference interviews.

Support in in-person interviews or group dynamics alongside a Senior Consultant.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's student in Psychology, Labor Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration or similar.

Agreement: It is essential to be able to sign an internship agreement with your university or business school.

Skills: Real desire to learn, customer orientation, proactivity and excellent communication skills.

Paid internship, 600 euros per month for 39 hours.

Integrado/a en nuestro equipo de Consultores/as de Selección, tu misión principal será dar soporte en todo el ciclo de reclutamiento. Aprenderás a identificar el mejor talento para nuestros clientes y dominarás las herramientas de selección más avanzadas del mercado.

Durante tu beca, te formarás y darás apoyo en:

Publicación de ofertas de empleo en los diferentes portales de empleo y canales corporativos de Randstad.

Criba curricular y preselección de candidaturas según los perfiles solicitados.

Citación de candidatos/as y realización de entrevistas telefónicas o por videoconferencia.

Apoyo en entrevistas presenciales o dinámicas de grupo junto a un/a Consultor/a Senior.

Estudios: Estudiante de Grado o Máster en Psicología, Relaciones Laborales, Recursos Humanos, ADE o similar.

Convenio: Es imprescindible poder firmar convenio de prácticas con tu universidad o escuela de negocios.

Habilidades: Ganas reales de aprender, orientación al cliente, proactividad y excelentes dotes de comunicación.

Beca remunerada, 600 euros mensuales para 39h.
