Pricing to Billing Expert

Experience: Previous track record in Cash Management and banking operations (Transaction Banking or transactional billing areas).

Knowledge of the operational cycle: Familiarity with Front-to-Back processes (operation origin → pricing → billing → reconciliation).

Tools (desirable): Previous experience with banking billing systems (e.g., Xelerate, Misys) or ERP tools.

Languages: Fluent command of English (primary working language). Other European languages will be positively valued.

Profile: High analytical capacity, attention to detail, a process/control-oriented mindset, and excellent collaborative communication skills.

We are looking to hire a Pricing to Billing Expert to join the Transaction Banking team and become the backbone of operational integrity.

As a critical link between the Front Office (Cash Management) and the Back Office (Billing), you will manage the full Pricing to Billing process cycle:

End-to-End Management: You will act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for new operations, guiding the Front Office in defining the strategy based on product references and pricing structures (standard vs. negotiated).

Billing Configuration: You will collect and structure key data (entities, prices, subscriptions, one-off charges, and contractual terms) to ensure seamless integration into the systems.

Data Control and Quality: You will design and implement key controls and periodic reconciliations to guarantee data accuracy and correct parameterization in the billing engine (subscriptions, fees, and volumes).

Continuous Improvement and Collaboration: You will serve as a reference expert for transactional queries, optimizing workflows and driving cross-functional communication with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams across EMEA.
