At Randstad we are looking for a Procurement Specialist with the following characteristics in Madrid

What you'll do

  • Manage procurement processes for materials, consumables, spare parts, services, and various categories necessary for business operations, including industrial categories, auxiliary materials, and raw materials.
  • Manage assigned categories, supporting internal needs, analyzing purchase alternatives, comparisons, and supplier selection, in coordination with the relevant areas.
  • Identify suppliers, request quotes, analyze proposals, and negotiate price, delivery, quality, warranty, service level, and other conditions, continuously identifying opportunities for savings and improvement.
  • Negotiate, review, and manage contracts, commercial agreements, and framework conditions with suppliers within your area of responsibility, ensuring their correct application, monitoring, and alignment with internal policies and business needs.
  • Manage and monitor orders, deliveries, invoicing, and associated documentation, ensuring an orderly execution of the procurement process in corporate systems and compliance with internal policies.
  • Manage the operational relationship with suppliers, including updating information, monitoring service levels, and resolving incidents.
  • Analyze relevant information from the procurement area, such as prices, volumes, deadlines, compliance, and supplier performance, to support decision-making, achieve objectives, and report on the area.
  • Collaborate transversally with local, regional, and global Procurement, as well as with the internal areas served, to respond quickly to business needs.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and practices of the department, as well as to compliance, audit, and internal control activities in a multinational environment.
