What you'll get

Permanent, full-time contract.

Split shift schedule: 8 and a half hours from Monday to Thursday, and an intensive 6-hour workday on Fridays during the morning shift.

The role

Are you looking for a new professional challenge by taking on technical management in an industrial plant? We offer you the opportunity to join us as a Maintenance Manager with a permanent, full-time contract in the Peñafiel area.

What you'll do

Control and care for the technicians in your charge, managing their shifts, breaks, and vacations.

Supervise, control, and distribute the daily tasks of the maintenance technician team.

Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, working to reduce the downtime of the latter and ensure the timely execution of the preventive maintenance.

Guarantee compliance with the maintenance budget and technical investments.

Review and constantly monitor auxiliary services: steam, compressed air, water, and cooling towers.

Act as the person responsible for emergencies, factory general services, and the asset registry.

Lead, as technical manager, the Legionella control plan.

Manage and seek subcontractors for the performance of special works within the factory.

Carry out energy monitoring to boost savings and the continuous improvement of machines and facilities.

Monitor the implementation of quality, food safety, and environmental management systems by the entire team.

Collaborate actively in the preparation of audits.
