Ensure that Technical Services is ready for Day 1 launch for new products, with Encompass as an immediate priority.

Requirements

Extensive experience leading complex cross-functional projects and programs, including transformation initiatives, in an international environment.
Demonstrated experience in establishing governance standards and project delivery.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Solid knowledge of Technical Services, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, regulatory, and MSAT.
Experience with project management tools, reporting frameworks, Excel, and Power BI.
Excellent level of English, both written and spoken.
