What you'll do

Functions:

- Rate Control and Third-Party Invoicing: Preparation, validation, and reconciliation of invoicing details addressed to Local Entities and other third parties. Comprehensive supplier management (contract review, rate implementation, and order closure).

- Management of Credits, Charges, and Data (ERP): Analytical operation and control of the massive information entered into the corporate IT platform, ensuring absolute economic consistency in the definition of costs, charges, and credits derived from operations.

- Document and Logistics Control: Processing of official waste transfer documentation, supervision of collection request submissions, monitoring/control of such requests, and review of the validity of legal authorizations.

- Strategic Support and Bidding: Economic analysis of public and private bidding processes, participation in internal projects, and preparation of periodic management and KPI control reports.

- Incident Resolution and Official Reporting: Management of IT system incidents, direct contact with suppliers and collaborators, and joint work with the Management Control and Systems Department to prepare annual reports for Public Administrations (AAPP).

Requirements

What are we looking for in you?

- Education: University degree, postgraduate, Master's degree, or similar, in the field of Environment.

- Experience: Around 3–4 years of track record in analytical functions, cost control, procurement, invoicing, or rate management in companies in the environmental sector. Previous experience in waste management companies will be highly valued.

- Tools (Mandatory): Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (demonstrable skills in macros, complex pivot tables, data cross-referencing, and synthesis of large volumes of information from ERP systems). A technical skills test will be administered during the process.

- Languages: Intermediate level of English for reading technical documentation and occasional participation in meetings.

- Soft Skills: Strong analytical capacity, extreme attention to detail, process orientation, and ability for proactive resolution of operational incidents.
