We are building the new era of transportation at our electric vehicle factory in Barcelona. We are setting up a complete production line from scratch and we need a PLC expert to ensure our control systems are flawless and efficient.

What you'll do

Your main mission will be the programming, maintenance, and commissioning of the automated systems that bring our electric vehicle line to life.

  • Star Programming: Design, program, and optimize control logic (Siemens S7/TIA Portal or Allen-Bradley) for the assembly, painting, and body shop stations.
  • Rapid Diagnostics: Lead the detection and resolution of faults in PLC, HMI/SCADA systems, industrial networks (Profinet/Ethernet/IP), sensors, and actuators.
  • Commissioning: Actively participate in the installation and start-up of new machinery, ensuring seamless integration of automation.
  • Continuous Improvement: Propose and implement improvements in the efficiency and safety of production processes.

Requirements

  • Education: CFGS in Industrial Automation and Robotics, Automotive, Electronics, or Mechatronics (or a related university degree).
  • Minimum 3 years as a PLC Technician/Programmer, preferably in high-volume production line environments.
