Warehouse Technician in Valdemingómez

You will be responsible for the comprehensive management, traceability, and technical control of the spare parts stock:

• Receiving and technical inspection: Verification of delivery notes, cross-checking OEM codes, part numbers, and technical specifications with calipers. Visual quality control of incoming parts.
• Organization and storage: Assignment of locations by ABC criteria, volume, and type (electrical components, bearings, fittings, fasteners, hydraulics/pneumatics).
• ERP/WMS management: Real-time recording of receipts, issues, and cycle counts using a PDA. Notification of stockouts to purchasing.
• Picking and preparation: Interpretation of bills of materials (BOM) and technical exploded views to prepare spare parts kits for the internal workshop or dispatch.
• Material handling: Operation of forklifts, stackers, and pallet trucks while maintaining area organization (5S methodology).

• Salary €26,000 — gross per year.

• Rotating morning and afternoon shifts (7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.).

• Education: Intermediate vocational training / vocational qualification in Electromechanics, Mechanical Maintenance, Automotive, Logistics, or equivalent.
• Valid forklift license.
• Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years in spare parts warehouses, industrial supplies, auto parts, or maintenance workshops.
• Technical knowledge: Reading technical exploded views, OEM equivalents, use of calipers, WMS/ERP management tools (SAP, Sage, Navision...) and user-level Excel.
• Meticulous, organized, responsible profile with strong customer service skills for internal clients/workshop.

Te encargarás de la gestión integral, trazabilidad y control técnico del stock de repuestos:

• Recepción e inspección técnica: Verificación de albaranes, cotejo de códigos OEM, números de parte y especificaciones técnicas con calibre/pie de rey. Control de calidad visual de las piezas entrantes.
• Organización y almacenamiento: Asignación de ubicaciones por criterio ABC, volumen y tipología (componentes eléctricos, rodamientos, racorería, tornillería, hidráulica/neumática).
• Gestión ERP/SGA: Registro de entradas, salidas e inventarios cíclicos en tiempo real con PDA. Notificación de roturas de stock a compras.
• Picking y preparación: Interpretación de listas de materiales (BOM) y despieces técnicos para preparar kits de recambios destinados al taller interno o expedición.
• Manutención: Operativa de carretillas elevadoras, apiladores y transpaletas manteniendo la ordenación del área (metodología 5S).

• Salario 26.000 — brutos anuales.

• Turnos rotativos de mañana y tarde (07:00h a 15:00h y 15:00h a 23:00h).

• Formación: Grado Medio / FP en Electromecánica, Mantenimiento Mecánico, Automoción, Logística o equivalente.
• Carnet de carretillero en vigor.
• Experiencia: Mínimo entre 2 y 3 años en almacenes de recambios, suministros industriales, autopartes o talleres de mantenimiento.
• Conocimientos técnicos: Lectura de despieces técnicos, equivalencias OEM, uso de calibre, herramientas de gestión SGA/ERP (SAP, Sage, Navision...) y Excel usuario.
• Perfil minucioso, organizado, responsable y con buena capacidad de atención al cliente interno/taller.
