Maintenance Technician

• Experience: We are looking for a profile with a previous track record in the repair of vehicles, industrial machinery, or similar equipment.
• Education: Vocational Training degree in Electromechanics, Mechanics, or Electronics.
• Technical Knowledge: Very solid mechanical foundation with notions of electricity (diagnostics, general maintenance, replacement of wear parts such as brushes and rubbers).
• Interpersonal Skills: Open character, excellent customer service, a problem-solving profile, and a commercial/proactive vision.
• Additional Requirements: Valid driver's license (essential) and proficiency in using digital tools (Excel, email, user level in CRM such as Salesforce).

• Autonomy and Planning: You will receive your weekly work plan through a route manager (Dispatcher) so that you can organize yourself with total comfort.
• Technical Intervention: You will give absolute priority to the resolution of breakdowns and machinery repairs at client sites (industrial environments, supermarkets, etc.), combining this with preventive maintenance.
• Teamwork and Support: You will have continuous technical support from a Service Leader to resolve operational doubts. Although your outings will usually be individual, you will coordinate with two other technicians in the area to tackle the most complex repairs.
• Cross-selling and Advisory: You will proactively identify improvement opportunities for the client, offering spare parts or maintenance contract extensions.
