Electromechanical Technicians

To fit into this position and carry out your work successfully, you will need to meet the following requirements:

Academic training: Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training Cycle in Electromechanics, Mechatronics, Industrial Equipment Maintenance, Electricity, Electronics or similar.

Professional experience: Minimum demonstrable experience of 2 to 3 years performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in continuous production industrial environments.

Technical knowledge: Solid command of your area of specialization (whether mechanics/pneumatics/hydraulics or electricity/automation).

Availability: Full availability to work in the four-shift system described (rotating morning, afternoon and night shifts, including Saturdays according to the schedule).

Competitive salary: An attractive salary range of between 28,000 and 34,000 gross per year, adjusted according to the experience and knowledge you bring.

Four-shift schedule: Rotating shift system (Morning, Afternoon and Night). You will work in cycles of three weeks from Monday to Saturday, which will allow you to enjoy 5 consecutive days of rest each month, making it easier to balance work and personal life and plan your free time.

The main objective will be to guarantee the availability of production machinery. Depending on whether your profile is more mechanical or more electrical, your tasks will focus on:

General maintenance: Execution of preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for production lines to minimize downtime.

Mechanical specialty: Troubleshooting faults in mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic elements, repair of transmissions, bearings, gears and conveyor belts.

Electrical specialty: Diagnosis and repair of faults in electrical panels, PLCs, automation systems, frequency drives, motors and sensors.

Optimization: Active participation in proposing technical improvements to increase plant efficiency.

Management: Reporting of interventions, incidents and spare parts used through the company's computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
