We need to bring on Industrial Maintenance Technicians for our maintenance department. We are a company in the food sector located in Venta de Baños (Palencia) and we belong to a Group that operates nationally and internationally.

What we expect from you

· Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.

· Handle and resolve electrical and mechanical breakdowns.

· Carry out inspections to anticipate failures.

· Keep machinery such as fillers, packaging machines, and palletizers in optimal condition.

· Assist with the startup and adjustment of new equipment.

Flexible schedules

The company organizes work under two stable shift arrangements. The assignment will depend on production needs:

· Schedule 1

Rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts (6 a.m.–2 p.m., 2 p.m.–10 p.m., 10 p.m.–6 a.m.) plus one Saturday per month from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. for machine preparation and cleaning tasks.

During production peaks (approximately 2 months per year): the same system, but Monday through Saturday, with one Sunday per month on the 6 a.m.–2 p.m. shift.

· Schedule 2

Fourth shift: this system involves working for 3 weeks in cycles of 6 days of work followed by 1 day of rest.

After those 3 weeks, the fourth week is fully off.

This cycle repeats continuously and, in practice, means 8 days off per month plus one full free week every four weeks.
