About the role

Do you have experience as an industrial maintenance technician, or would you like an opportunity in this growing sector? We are looking for you:

We need to add industrial maintenance technicians to our maintenance department; we are a food industry company located in Venta de Baños (Palencia) and we belong to a Group that operates nationally and internationally.

If you would like to join our big business family, and you are looking for stable employment, a good working environment and competitive pay tailored to you, this could be your opportunity.

What you'll do

What we expect from you

· Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.

· Handle and resolve electrical and mechanical faults.

· Perform periodic inspections to anticipate failures.

· Keep machinery such as fillers, packaging machines and palletisers in optimal condition.

· Collaborate on the commissioning and adjustment of new equipment.

What we're looking for

· Experience in industrial maintenance or training in electromechanics.

· Interest in learning, growing and working as part of a team.

· Motivation for technical work and continuous improvement.

What you'll get

What we offer

· Job stability: join a solid team within a leading company in its sector.

· Professional development: ongoing training and the chance to specialise in the areas that interest you most.

· Competitive salary: pay in line with your experience and worth.

· Organised environment: clear, well-defined work processes that make your daily work easier.

How you'll work

Flexible schedules

The company organises work under two stable schedule arrangements. The assignment will depend on production needs:

· Schedule 1

Rotating morning, afternoon and night shifts (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am) + one Saturday per month from 6am-2pm for machine preparation and cleaning tasks.

During production peaks (approx. 2 months per year): same pattern, but Monday to Saturday, with one Sunday per month on the 6am-2pm shift.

· Schedule 2

Fourth shift: this system involves working for 3 weeks in cycles of 6 consecutive working days followed by 1 rest day.

After those 3 weeks, the fourth week is a full rest week.

This cycle repeats continuously and, in practice, means 8 rest days per month plus one full week off every four weeks.
