The role
Are you passionate about logistics but looking for a role where data and technology take center stage? 🚀
We are looking for a Warehouse Specialist for the Distribution Center in Granollers for a renowned multinational. This is not your classic warehouse profile: we want someone with an analytical mindset who acts as a link between daily operations and systems (WMS/SAP).

Daily production control: Perform the monitoring and control of the warehouse's daily production plan. Goods receipt and WMS: Supervise the unloading of incoming goods and control their entry into the WMS system. Stock control and maintenance: Execute stock control processes and maintain inventory levels, including external storage locations. Material flow: Control the flow of products between different storage locations. Reverse logistics: Manage and take responsibility for the process of returns, rejections, and product destruction. Incident resolution: Solve operational problems (troubleshooting) in the day-to-day operations of the distribution center. Claims management: Lead the management and resolution of claims. Reporting and KPIs: Generate and follow up on key performance indicator (KPI) reports. Coordination with transport: Follow the order loading plan, synchronize with the local transport team, and provide support in daily loading operations. Interdepartmental collaboration: Coordinate closely with Warehouse, Project Managers, DRP, logistics operators (3PL), and Customer Service.
