-Experience at a servicer of at least two years handling judicial management and legal representation in proceedings aimed at recovering possession of real estate assets, both for squatted properties and leased assets.

-Schedule from Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 18:30 with one hour for lunch, and Fridays from 09:00 to 15:00.
- The contract would be for 3 months with the option to extend for another 3 months or to join the company permanently.

The role
From the RAS INTERIM office in Getafe, we are selecting LEGAL MANAGER REOs for a company in the Real Estate sector located in Madrid.
What you'll do
👌 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
-Full processing of precarious procedures, effectiveness of real rights, or crimes of usurpation.
-Drafting and filing of eviction lawsuits for non-payment of rent or expiration of term. Full processing of the judicial procedure until effective eviction.
- Possession procedure of the assets under management.
