What we're looking for

👍 WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
- Previous experience in administrative tasks, preferably in the automotive sector or dealerships.
- Knowledge of document management and file monitoring.
- Proficiency in office tools and computer systems.
- An organized, methodical person oriented towards detail.
- Ability to monitor and meet deadlines.
- Availability for immediate start.
- Availability to perform on-call duties until 6:00 PM every two months.

What you'll get

🤝 WHAT CAN WE OFFER YOU?
- Long-term replacement contract.
- Immediate start.
- Salary between €28,000 and €32,000 gross per year.
- Flexible working day: Monday to Thursday, arrival between 8:00 AM / 9:00 AM and departure between 3:30 PM / 4:30 PM. On Fridays, intensive hours until 2:00 PM / 3:00 PM.

From the RAS SABADELL office, we are selecting a DEALERSHIP ADMINISTRATOR for a company in the AUTOMOTIVE sector located in SABADELL.

What you'll do

👌 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Control and monitoring of vehicle sales.
- Registration and updating of the status of operations.
- Management and review of vehicle purchase and sale files.
- Control of the documentation associated with each operation.
- Preparation and management of payments.
- Monitoring and closing of files.
- Coordination with the different departments involved in the purchase and sale process.
