What we're looking for

Initial training: 1-month training period during morning hours (05:45 - 14:45).
Availability to join the rotating schedule after the training period: biweekly shifts 05:45 - 13:45 / 13:45 - 21:45.
Proactive attitude, ability to work in a team and responsibility in the role.
Valid work permit and availability for immediate start.

Nice to have

Previous experience in workshops or the graphic industry is valued, although not essential.

Initial contract through a temporary employment agency with the possibility of joining the company directly depending on performance.
Salary: €9.75 gross/hour.
Practical training for 1 month on morning shifts to ease the onboarding process.
Schedule: 1 month of training from 05:45 - 14:45. Subsequently, a biweekly rotating schedule of 05:45 - 13:45 / 13:45 - 21:45.

The role

From the RAS INTERIM office, we are selecting a workshop assistant for a company in the graphic arts sector located in Barberà del Vallès.

What you'll do

Support with general workshop tasks: preparing and delivering material to machines and operators.
Handling and moving supports and reels within the workshop.
Basic assembly and disassembly of tooling and auxiliary elements.
Visual inspection of products and detection of basic quality issues.
Keeping the work area tidy and clean.
Assistance with packaging and labelling of finished products.
Support with minor repairs and adjustments under the supervision of the technical manager.
Recording and reporting issues and consumption to the section manager.
