👌 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical support to users, resolving incidents related to Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, video game downloads, and other technical issues.
- Contact potential customers, perform telemarketing actions, and manage the acquisition and sale of products.
- Offer quality customer service, handling inquiries, complaints, and incidents with empathy, active listening, and a solution-oriented approach.
- Perform operational support tasks related to the preparation, packaging, and shipping of orders.
🤝 WHAT CAN WE OFFER YOU?
- Monday to Thursday, flexible entry between 8:30-9:30 h and exit between 17:30-18:30 h, with one hour for lunch. On Fridays, working day from 8:00 to 15:00 h.
- On-site work in Alcobendas.
- Monthly renewable temporary contract, with the possibility of continuity depending on service needs.
- Salary: €10.60 gross/hour.
