The role
From the RAS Sabadell office, we are recruiting staff for direct placement at an industrial-sector company located in Sabadell. Permanent position with immediate start on the company's side.
What you'll do
Management and handling of incoming and outgoing calls related to customers and suppliers.
Order management: reception, processing, follow-up, and resolution of issues.
Interaction with customers via phone and email, providing information and commercial and operational support.
Recording and updating data in the internal system (CRM/ERP) and issuing associated documentation.
Coordination with other departments to ensure proper management of orders and deliveries.
Handling complaints and following up until resolution, proposing process improvements when appropriate.
How you'll work
Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Friday with a continuous shift.
