👌 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
- Leading and coordinating the operation of the weaving room, ensuring compliance with production, quality, safety, and efficiency objectives, as well as providing technical support to the weaving team.
- Preparing the looms, configuring the warping parameters according to the technical data sheet (ends, densities, speeds, tensions, etc.).
- Adjusting the warp formation, weft insertion, beating-up, and let-off mechanisms.
- Verifying correct operation and performing maintenance, and diagnosing faults in the looms (pinsha) and mechanical components.
