First-Class Tradesperson / Foreman

From the RAS VIC office, we are recruiting a FIRST-CLASS TRADESPERSON / FOREMAN for a textile company located in AVINYÓ.

👌 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and coordinate the operation of the weaving room, ensuring compliance with production, quality, safety and efficiency targets, as well as providing technical support to the weaver team.
- Prepare the looms, configure the weave parameters according to the technical data sheet (picks, densities, speeds, tensions, etc.).
- Adjust the shed formation, weft insertion, beat-up and take-up mechanisms.
- Verify correct operation and carry out maintenance, and diagnose faults on the looms (rapier) and mechanical systems.

- Experience as a foreman and/or assistant.
- Own car for commuting.

🤝 WHAT CAN WE OFFER YOU?
- Agency contract + POSSIBILITY OF PERMANENT EMPLOYMENT WITH THE COMPANY.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
- Salary: €27,000 - €29,000 gross/year, depending on experience.

Desde la oficina RAS VIC seleccionem OPERARI/ÀRIA CONTRAMESTRE per empresa tèxtil ubicada a AVINYÓ.

👌 LES TEVES RESPONSABILITATS:
- Liderar i coordinar el funcionament de la sala de telers, assegurant el compliment dels objectius de producció, qualitat, seguretat i eficiència, això com donant suport tècnic a l’equip de teixidors/es.
- Preparació dels telers, configurar els paràmetres de trenall segons la fitxa tècnica (passades, densitats, velocitats, tensions, etc.).
- Ajustar els mecanismes de formació de la calada, inserció de la trama, batà i plegadors.
- Verificació del correcte funcionament i fer un manteniment, i diagnosticar avaries dels telers (pinsa) i mecàniques.

- Experiència com a contramestre//i o ajudant.
- Cotxe propi per desplaçar-se.

- Contracte ETT + POSSIBILITAT INCORPORACIÓ EMPRESA.
- Horari: De dilluns a divendres de 14 a 22h.
- Salari: 27.000 - 29.000€ bruts/anual. Segons vàlua.
