Senior BIM Architect - Revit ARQ

• Technical training in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, Administration, or an area related to the functions of the position.

• Previous experience in a similar position or in engineering, construction, industry, or technology projects.

• Ability to interpret technical documentation and work with specific project tools.

• Knowledge of planning, document management, and project monitoring.

• Good communication, organization, and teamwork skills.

• Result orientation, autonomy, and problem-solving capacity.

• Availability to work in dynamic and multidisciplinary environments.

• English level in accordance with the needs of the project.

• Own vehicle, if the position requires travel to sites or client facilities.

• Experience in international, industrial, construction, or Data Center projects.

• Knowledge of project management methodologies.

• Experience in coordinating teams, suppliers, or subcontractors.

• Knowledge of planning, document control, or technical design tools.

• Professional certifications related to the area of activity.

• Participate in the planning and monitoring of project activities.

• Analyze technical requirements, specifications, and engineering documentation.

• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and the client.

• Prepare, review, and keep technical documentation up to date.

• Monitor progress, milestones, incidents, and possible deviations.

• Propose corrective and improvement actions to guarantee project objectives.

• Participate in technical meetings and prepare monitoring reports.

• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, contractual requirements, and quality standards.

• Collaborate with other departments in the resolution of technical problems.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and work methodologies.
