The role

At RDT, we are looking for an Electrical Engineer (Electrotechnician) with experience in both electrical design and industrial environments to join a project based in Gijón. The role combines technical office work, supplier coordination, and participation in testing and commissioning on an occasional basis.

What you'll do

• Electrical design with EPLAN of the project's electrical panels and cabinets.

• Supplier coordination: manufacturing launch, follow-up, and resolution of technical queries.

• Functional testing of electrical panels before shipment.

• System commissioning: occasional travel, generally with a maximum duration of approximately 15 days; mainly within Europe; occasionally international outside Europe.

• Configuration and adjustment of variable frequency drives.

• Mixed work between office, workshop, and field.
