🔧 We want to bring on board an Engine Test Engineer who wants to be part of the planning, preparation and execution of engine test campaigns, ensuring accuracy in data collection and the safe operation of advanced engine platforms.

This role involves close collaboration with plant staff, instrumentation and automation teams, and external experts to ensure that the engine and all systems are ready for testing and that tests are completed efficiently and without incidents.

You will be able to play a key role in resolving technical issues, implementing solutions and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll do

  • Plan, prepare and execute engine tests under different load and operating conditions.

  • Monitor and analyze test data, detect anomalies and propose corrective actions.

  • Prepare technical reports and documentation of results for internal stakeholders.

  • Coordinate closely with plant teams, Instrumentation & Measurement (I&M) and RDE experts to ensure proper preparation of systems, equipment and engines.

  • Manage technical incidents and make operational decisions in real time.

  • Lead and supervise the team of mechanics-operators, assigning tasks and ensuring correct and safe execution.

  • Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and protection of personnel during testing.

  • Participate in regular meetings with the Engine Testing Manager (MET) for technical follow-up and alignment of priorities.

  • You hold a degree in Engineering (electronics/automation, mechanical, energy or industrial).

  • Experience with internal combustion engines.

  • Ability to interpret electrical, hydraulic and automation schematics.

  • Experience in data acquisition and analysis.

  • Knowledge of industrial safety standards.

  • You are fluent in English.
