What we're looking for
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronic, Telecommunications, Electrical or Industrial Engineering.
At least 3 years of experience in validation, certification or industrialization of electronic products.
Experience in defining and executing test protocols.
Knowledge of hardware, firmware and embedded systems.
Experience working with testing laboratories and certification processes.
English level B2 or higher.
Nice to have
Experience in the photovoltaic or renewable energy sector.
Knowledge of IEC, UL, EMC certifications and electrical safety.
Experience with industrial communications (Ethernet, RS485, Zigbee, Modbus, MQTT, OPC-UA).
Knowledge of power electronics and energy storage systems.
Programming in Python, C or C++ oriented toward test automation.
Proficiency with tools such as Altium Designer, KiCad or AutoCAD.
The role
At RDT we continue to grow and we are looking to bring on board a Product Validation, Certification and Industrialization Engineer to take part in a stable project within the renewable energy sector, developing technological solutions for electronic control systems applied to photovoltaic installations.

What you'll do
You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability and proper industrialization of electronic products, taking part in all phases of validation, certification and transfer to manufacturing.
Define and execute product validation plans and protocols.
Design and automate test benches and functional testing.
Analyze the results obtained and prepare technical reports.
Coordinate testing with external laboratories and manage certification processes.
Take part in EMC certification campaigns, electrical safety and international regulations.
Collaborate on the industrialization of new products and the definition of manufacturing tests.
Provide technical support to production and collaborate on continuous process improvement.
Analyze product issues, identify root causes and propose corrective actions.
Manage and keep the technical documentation associated with the product up to date.
Work in a coordinated manner with the Development, Quality, Production teams and suppliers.
