The role

At RDT we are looking for several profiles of Mechanical Installations Engineers for the development and coordination of industrial projects in a BIM environment.

The main disciplines are: Mechanical, HVAC and FP, with it being valuable for a single profile to have experience in several of them.

What you'll do

MECHANICAL

Mechanical engineer with experience in industrial projects.
Design of piping networks and auxiliary services.
Design of water and sanitation networks.
Development of mechanical layouts.
Design of process water, industrial water, gas, drainage and utility systems.
Preparation of technical specifications.
Coordination with architecture, structures and processes.
Use of Presto for budgets.

HVAC

Engineer specialized in heating, ventilation and air conditioning.
Experience in HVAC design for industrial projects.
Thermal load calculations.
Sizing of ventilation and extraction systems.
Design of duct and piping networks.
Preparation of technical specifications.
Coordination with the other disciplines.
Use of Presto for budgets.

Engineer specialized in fire protection.
Experience in industrial projects.
Design of detection and alarm systems.
Design of sprinkler, hydrant and FP networks.
Hydraulic calculations.
Compliance with applicable regulations.
Preparation of technical specifications.
Coordination with the other disciplines.

How you'll work

This is a position located in San Sebastián with the possibility of hybrid work or 100% remote work.

Duties and requirements

In general, experience in large-scale industrial projects related to battery sectors, chemical, pharmaceutical industries, data centers or complex process facilities will be especially valued.
