Our Sales teams contribute to fulfilling Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to high-quality hygiene, wellness, and nutrition products possible, both in physical stores and online. Within the Sales area, we focus on achieving superior performance across all our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where collaboration between cross-functional teams is encouraged to achieve success. As a Pharma Representative Cádiz (Temporary), you will be responsible for driving the growth of Reckitt's business in the pharmacy channel within the assigned territory, developing strong relationships with customers and ensuring excellent execution at the point of sale. You will manage a leading portfolio of brands such as Durex, Nurofen, Gaviscon, Optrex, and Reflex, turning every visit into an opportunity to generate value, increase brand recommendation, and accelerate business growth. You will combine sales, detailing, training, and customer development activities to maximize sales, distribution, availability, and visibility of our brands. You will work autonomously managing your territory, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring impeccable execution of the company's commercial strategies.

This is a field role with coverage of Cádiz. Presence in Barcelona, where our office is located, is not required.

What you'll do

  • Drive commercial performance and achieve territory objectives, reaching sales, growth, distribution, availability, and rotation (sell-out) targets in the assigned pharmacy network.
  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with pharmacies, prioritizing high-potential customers and acting as a trusted partner for pharmacists and pharmacy teams, contributing to the mutual growth of the business.
  • Execute top-level brand visibility actions and activations at the point of sale, ensuring excellent presence on shelves, displays, promotional materials, windows, and the correct implementation of commercial agreements and campaigns.
  • Perform high-impact detailing and support the capability development of pharmacy teams, providing training and education on products to increase brand knowledge, confidence, and recommendation.
  • Analyze business performance and identify growth opportunities through periodic review of KPIs, sales data, market trends, and competitor activity, transforming insights into effective action plans.
  • Plan and optimize territory execution, ensuring efficient coverage, adequate visit frequency, and correct resource allocation to maximize impact on the customer and commercial results.
