Production Administration Technician

We are looking to hire a Management Technician to provide support to the production department.

The selected person will be responsible for managing clients and suppliers and monitoring invoices, orders, and documentation.

Main functions:

- Entry, monitoring, and updating of information in SAP.
- Management of orders, delivery notes, and supplier invoices.
- Review and monitoring of client and supplier invoices.
- Customer service and communication with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Order monitoring and coordination with different departments.
- Preparation of reports and database management.
- Documentation management using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in administrative positions, preferably in the construction, installations, maintenance, or engineering sector.
- Knowledge and experience in SAP.
- Good proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Experience in managing invoices, orders, and suppliers.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Organized, responsible, and proactive person.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
