Junior Facilities Engineer

As part of our Internship and Professional Initiation Program, we need to bring on a person at our Madrid office:

ENGINEER (STUDIES AND BIDS)

Main duties:

Depending on the Energy Efficiency Studies area, you will collaborate and have the opportunity to train in preparing bids and technical budgets.

- Characterization of buildings and thermal needs

- Design and calculation of Heating, DHW, Plumbing and HVAC installations.

- Carrying out measurements and drawings.

- Preparation of energy savings and efficiency budgets.

- Presentation of solutions and technical advisory.

Requirements:

- It is essential to be able to sign an Internship Agreement with the educational institution.

- Must be in the final years of a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering...

- Possibility of working half-time in the morning or full-time.

- Advanced proficiency in various office tools.

- We are looking for people with high potential, dynamic, with the capacity to learn and the motivation to develop their career within the sector.

- Candidates pursuing a Master's in Energy Efficiency, Renewable Energies or similar will also be considered.

- Proficiency in simulation tools such as C3x, CERMA will be valued.

TECHNICIAN

Como parte de nuestro Programa de Prácticas e Iniciación Profesional, necesitamos incorporar una persona en nuestra sede en Madrid:

INGENIERO-A (ESTUDIOS Y OFERTAS)

Principales funciones:

Dependiendo del área de Estudios de Eficiencia Energética colaborarás y tendrás la oportunidad de formarte en la elaboración de ofertas y presupuestos técnicos.

- Caracterización de edificios y necesidades térmicas

- Diseño y cálculo de instalaciones de Calefacción, ACS, Fontanería y Climatización.

- Realización de mediciones y planos.

- Elaboración de presupuestos de ahorro y eficiencia energética.

- Presentación de soluciones y asesoramiento técnico.

Requisitos:

- Imprescindible poder firmar un Convenio de Practicas con el centro de estudios.

- Estar cursando los últimos cursos de Grado en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Mecánica, Ingeniería de la Energía…

- Posibilidad de realizar media jornada de mañana o jornada completa.

- Manejo avanzado de las diferentes herramientas ofimáticas.

- Buscamos personas con alto potencial, dinámicas, con capacidad de aprendizaje y motivación por desarrollar su carrera dentro del sector.

- Se valorará también candidaturas que estén cursando el Máster en Eficiencia Energética, Energías Renovables o similar.

- Se valorará manejo de herramientas de simulación tipo, C3x, CERMA
