The role

We are looking for a SHE Manager who will be responsible for ensuring that the Risk Prevention System in the country complies with applicable legal regulations, as well as with Group requirements, ensuring compliance, designing and implementing the necessary processes and mechanisms, and implementing all Group policies and guidelines related to sustainability.

  • Design, implement, and supervise the health and safety system, procedures, instructions, agreements with external prevention services, etc., in accordance with the Group's Health and Safety policy.
  • Guarantee compliance with legal and internal Group requirements, including the preparation and correct development of health and safety audits.
  • Define and design the training required by local legislation or by the Group for workers regarding health and safety and verify its compliance.
  • Analyze and promote measures to minimize accident rates across the various business activities.
  • Ensure that the Health & Safety team provides adequate support to the business activity coordination team.
  • Visit clients to ensure that the activities carried out are in accordance with health and safety standards, guaranteeing the practical absence of accidents.
  • Implement and maintain ISO 45001.
  • Manage internal/external audit processes related to the Occupational Risk Prevention System.
  • Define, design, and implement the necessary measures to guarantee compliance with the objectives set by the Group in sustainability.
  • Provide experience in sustainability projects to integrate improvements and strategies aligned with the Group's goals in this matter, as well as to automate and simplify processes and procedures through the use of AI. 

Requirements

Essential: Higher Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention with the 3 Specialties, a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position, and experience in the implementation of prevention systems. A high level of English is required.

University Degree (preferably in biosanitary fields, such as: biology, veterinary medicine, pharmacy).
