Requirements

What we're looking for

Professional training in the healthcare, caregiving, or health-related field is preferably required, as well as prior experience in medical environments or with medical devices. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and a good level of English, both spoken and written, will be valued.

We are looking for an organized, meticulous individual with a strong sense of responsibility, capable of working according to strict procedures while maintaining high quality standards. Communication skills, teamwork, and attention to detail in daily tasks will be especially valued.

We offer a 6-month temporary contract, salary according to Group 3 collective agreement, and working hours from Monday to Thursday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, and Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The role

We are looking to hire a Bio Hazard Technician to ensure the proper management, review, cleaning, and disinfection of medical devices, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and quality management system standards. The selected candidate will play a key role in the safety, traceability, and proper preparation of equipment used by clients and various service centers.

What you'll do

Among the main responsibilities are receiving and reviewing daily client returns, conducting technical and professional inspections of medical devices in accordance with established protocols, as well as handling washing and disinfection equipment. They will also be responsible for properly documenting all activities, ensuring process traceability and compliance with regulatory and quality requirements.

Additionally, they will actively participate in the continuous improvement of the department by proposing and optimizing processes, collaborating with other teams to increase operational efficiency. Their duties also include daily cleaning of the Bio Hazard room and the goods reception area, proper segregation and disposal of waste in accordance with applicable regulations, as well as preparing and distributing the disinfectants needed for the company's various service centers.
