We are looking for a Key Account Executive to take responsibility for generating, expanding, and retaining a portfolio of major accounts, ensuring its profitable growth, meeting established targets, and following the company's internal procedures.
Functions:
1. Generate new client portfolios that enable you to achieve the established targets
2. Gain knowledge of the market, your sectors, and competitors, in order to establish your own strategic account plan
3. Actively collaborate with all team members, as well as with other departments involved in client relations
4. Understand the current and future financial performance of each client and develop and implement short- and long-term improvement plans.
5. Adapt and execute action plans to identify opportunities within new prospects in your own geographic area or sector. Develop and manage all strategic clients in the assigned sectors, ensuring effective client retention.
6. Submit reports, and deliver forecasts, pipeline, etc., on time and in the proper format.
University education as a graduate (diplomatura); a bachelor's degree or similar is valued.
At least three years of experience in a similar position, managing a portfolio of national clients. Intermediate user proficiency in Microsoft Office. Proficiency in social media management is essential.
English knowledge at B2 level.
