What You Can Expect:

At Rhenus we are looking for a warehouse administrator, focused on office functions, for our Las Palmas de Gran Canaria team.

Your mission is to control, process, and review both incoming and outgoing product flows in the warehouse through the system to ensure the proper development of the fluctuation of goods in transit.

What you'll do

Responsibilities:

- Document incoming and outgoing goods.

- Receive vehicles.

- Process shipments of surplus goods.

- Verify vehicle sealing.

- Control goods under customs terms.

- Control ADR product.

- Carry out the compliance of assigned controls and procedures regarding Compliance.

- Collect evidence of the effectiveness and compliance of assigned controls and procedures regarding Compliance.

Tasks:

- Create, process, and review shipping labels for incoming goods at the warehouse and collection orders for completed pickups.

- Identify the vehicle and its origin for subsequent dock assignment.

- Generate labels for surplus goods.

- Create lists for loading and unloading goods.

- Review and maintain control of the stock of customs product to proceed with its unloading or claim the necessary documentation to keep the record of the same in order.

- Document ADR product and communicate with the warehouse worker.

- Receive delivery of goods from clients who come to pick up their merchandise.

- Apply the procedures and controls assigned in Compliance matters.

- Periodically collect evidence of the compliance and effectiveness of assigned controls and procedures regarding Compliance.
