JOB DESCRIPTION

Azul Handling is looking for Ramp Agents with a disability certificate for Mahón Airport. In the handling sector, when we talk about "the ramp," we refer to the aircraft parking area. In this area, assistance, handling, processing and the provision of multiple ground handling services for aircraft are carried out. As a ramp agent at Azul Handling, you will help and support a variety of tasks on the airport ramp for the aircraft of Ryanair Group airlines. These tasks include, among others that may be required, the following:

• Loading and unloading baggage.
• Guiding passengers from the terminal to the aircraft or vice versa.
• Transporting passengers and crew.
• Transporting departing baggage from the terminal to the corresponding aircraft or vice versa.
• Positioning and removing aircraft equipment.
• Pushing back and towing aircraft according to established procedures and in coordination with all involved parties.
• Inspecting equipment and
• Report to the Team Leader the necessary information after baggage loading and before the aircraft's departure.
• Rigorous follow-up of procedures to ensure at all times the safety of passengers, colleagues, and aircraft.

DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PUESTO

Azul Handling está buscando Agentes de Rampa con certificado de discapacidad para el Aeropuerto de Mahón. En el sector Handling, cuando hablamos de “la rampa”, nos referimos a la zona de aparcamiento de los aviones. En esta área se realizan tareas de asistencia, manejo, tratamiento y prestación de múltiples servicios en la asistencia en tierra de aeronaves. Como agente de rampa de Azul Handling, ayudarás y darás soporte a diversidad de tareas en la rampa del aeropuerto para los aviones de las aerolíneas del Grupo Ryanair. Estas tareas son, entre otras que se puedan requerir, las siguientes:

• Carga y descarga de equipajes.
• Guiar a los pasajeros desde la terminal hasta el avión o viceversa
• Transportar a pasajeros y tripulaciones.
• Transportar los equipajes de salida, desde el patio de carrillos hasta las aeronaves correspondientes o viceversa.
• Posicionar y retirar los equipos de las aeronaves
• Empujar y remolcar aeronaves según los procedimientos establecidos y en coordinación con todas las partes involucradas.
• Revisión de equipos y áreas de trabajo para asegurar que están en correcto estado.
• Reportar al Team Leader la información necesaria tras la carga del equipaje y antes de la salida de la aeronave.
• Seguimiento riguroso de los procedimientos para asegurar en todo momento la seguridad de pasajeros, compañeros/as y aeronaves.
