JOB DESCRIPTION
Azul Handling is seeking a Workplace Risk Prevention Technician (PRL). The PRL TECHNICIAN is the person responsible for overseeing the safety and health of Azul Handling workers. Reporting directly to the head of the department, your main tasks, among others that may be required, will be the following:
- Risk Assessment.
- Conducting and evaluating ergonomic, hygienic, and psychosocial studies.
- Management of legal documentation regarding ORP.
- Handling workplace inspections.
- Liaising with workers' legal representatives.
- Establishing continuous improvement within the Company's Health and Safety at Work Department.
Its ultimate goal is to provide a service that is, above all, safe and of high quality in passenger care, and to facilitate the development of operations by promoting a positive work environment, ensuring that all our valued passengers enjoy a pleasant journey with any of the Ryanair Group airlines on every single one of their flights.
Requirements
- Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention in the 3 specialties.
- Fluent Spanish (English will be valued).
- Experience as an ORP Technician in an airport environment will be valued.
- Experience as an ergonomist and hygienist will be valued.
- Decisive person with excellent organizational skills.
- Commitment, proactivity, and a strong willingness to work.
- Excellent critical thinking skills and experience working in a team, both horizontally and vertically.
- Driving license B2.
- Availability to travel

- User-level knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive).
- Availability to live in Palma de Mallorca and ease of commuting to the airport daily.
