What we're looking for

We are looking for a profile with the following requirements and competencies:

A multidisciplinary engineer with experience leading installation projects encompassing all disciplines is required.
An Industrial Engineering degree is required (Industrial Engineering, ITI/Degree in electricity/mechanics/electronics, telecommunications).
Experience in installation projects for critical infrastructure (hospitals, data centers, airports, museums, tunnels, industry...).
Participation in installation projects for unique and/or critical buildings, of high technical complexity and international scope.
Minimum B2 English

The role

What you'll do

Lead assigned installation projects through their various phases: tendering, detailed design, and construction support.
Analysis of contractual requirements, specifications, and project planning, and ensuring their compliance.
Allocation of resources among projects
Leadership in internal tenders for the procurement of external engineering support and similar services
Contact and follow-up with various market agents in the installation field (installers, prefabricators, engineering firms, manufacturers...)
Value Engineering for project improvement and optimization.
Review and supervision of installation projects carried out by external engineering, including all disciplines.
Performance of basic engineering such as: schematic diagrams and single-line diagrams, calculations, measurements, and drafting of narratives (reports, specifications, technical descriptions, etc.)
Support to the procurement department through the preparation of supporting documentation for requests for quotation.
Performance of technical comparisons for the selection of suppliers or subcontractors. Coordination with the purchasing department.
Follow-up during the construction phase.
Support for commissioning and startup of installations.
Attendance at technical meetings with clients, suppliers, and interdepartmental meetings, with leadership capacity within the scope of their functions
