Quality & Environment Manager Regional
We are looking for a Regional Quality & Environment Manager to ensure the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality and Environment management systems at the Saica Natur plants in their region, guaranteeing compliance with applicable legislation, company policies, and objectives.
The position provides support to several workplaces within the Community of Madrid, Andalusia, C. Valenciana, and Murcia, with the main base in San Martín de la Vega (Madrid).
What you'll do
Main responsibilities:
-Ensure compliance with legal requirements and the Saica Group Quality and Environment Policies in their area.
-Ensure the maintenance of the Q&E management system in the plants, monitoring of KPIs, and contribute to the achievement of objectives.
-Promote and collaborate with the Saica Natur Q&E Management for the continuous improvement of the management systems.
-Promote the communication and investigation of events/incidents/complaints, ensuring the quality of reports and the correct identification of causes.
-Analysis of deviations and preparation of action plans.
-Requesting, renewing, and modifying licenses and authorizations for the centers related to Q&E.
-Preparation and submission to the administration of waste management reports and memories, RP minimization plans, periodic soil reports, etc.
-Advising different departments on Q&E matters.
-Prepare and deliver training related to Q&E.
-Lead the internal and external quality and environmental audit processes to guarantee the maintenance of external certifications (e.g., ISO 9001 and 14001).
-Lead the relationship with public administrations regarding Q&E.

-Asegurar el mantenimiento del sistema de gestión de Q&E en las plantas, seguimiento de KPIs y contribuir al cumplimiento de los objetivos.
-Promover y colaborar con la Dirección Q&E de Saica Natur para la mejora continua de los sistemas de gestión.
-Promover la comunicación e investigación de sucesos/incidentes/reclamaciones, velando por la calidad de los informes y la correcta identificación de causas.
-Análisis de desviaciones y elaboración de planes de acción.
-Solicitud, renovación y modificación de licencias y autorizaciones de los centros, relacionadas con Q&E.
-Elaboración y presentación a la administración de informes y memorias de gestión de residuos, planes de minimización RP´s, informe periódico de suelos, etc.

-Liderar los procesos de auditoría interna y externa de calidad y medio ambiente para garantizar el mantenimiento de las certificaciones externas (ej.: ISO 9001 y 14001).
