The role
Razzmatazz is opening a selection process for the position of Concert Electrical Technician.
The objective of this position is to ensure and supervise that all connections and electrical elements available at the Venue are available and operational to carry out the event without incidents.
To be part of our team, you must be a professional in the sector, organized, responsible, with manual skills for the use of tools and equipment, with the ability to resolve incidents that may arise during events, and with ease in communicating with the rest of the venue's human team.
Coordination is vital for the smooth running of all sessions, so you must know how to work in a team.
What you'll do
An Electrician at Razzmatazz is responsible for:
- Carrying out the review, maintenance, and checking of all electrical connections in the venue.
- Connecting the artists' Sleepers.
- Assisting in the Stage setup (platforms, skirting, carpet installation, electrical connections, etc.).
- Connecting the venue's climate control equipment during pre-opening work and during the gig.
- Carrying out the setup of the merchandising sales area: lighting, installation of panels, platforms, and skirting, according to the needs specified by the artist.
- Setting up the cooking area by connecting appliances or other spaces required by production (such as auxiliary dressing rooms, meet and greets, etc.).
- Placing the programming announcement poster as well as setting up the spaces in the technical control area.
- Attending to technical requests (electrical and plumbing) that may arise during the event, requested by the production team.
- Performing the dismantling and disconnection of all electrical systems.
