We are looking for a Sales Assistant for a permanent seasonal position (From October to February, and then in July and August), part-time (20 hours/week) at our Salomon store in Marbella.

To perform this job successfully, you must:

• Use exceptional customer service skills, sales techniques, and Salomon product knowledge to connect customers with the right product and increase sales.
• Accompany and advise customers to provide them with a high-level customer experience, proposing complementary products (upselling).
• Be competent in sales techniques and in the digital tools available in the store to offer exceptional customer service.
• Help protect company assets and procedures by promoting loss prevention and ensuring the warehouse is clean and well-organized.
• Be confident in cash handling.
• Master standard operating procedures, health and safety guidelines, visual merchandising, and community marketing principles.
• Be a brand ambassador and leverage the brand's service culture.
  This position requires 100% presence on the sales floor.
