Back Office Investments Internship

It will involve calculating the net asset value of investment funds, fund accounting, reporting to regulators, and support for auditors and third parties

• Accounting for IICs (NAV calculation): loading participant transactions, generating reimbursement payment ledgers, executing transfers (internal and external), and reconciling securities and treasury accounts
• Communications to third parties (sending net asset values, quarterly documentation, etc.)
• Support for internal and external audits.
• Communication with the depositary and resolution of incidents.

• Studies in Business Administration or similar
• Good command of Excel

Será la de calcular el valor liquidativo de los fondos de inversión, contabilidad de fondos, reporting a reguladores, soporte a auditores y terceros

• Contabilidad IIC's (cálculo VL): carga de operaciones de partícipes, generación de cuadernos de pagos de reembolsos, ejecución traspasos (internos y externos), conciliación de cuentas de valores y de tesorería
• Comunicaciones a terceros (envío de valores liquidativos, documentación trimestral...)
• Soporte auditorías internas y externas.
• Comunicación con el depositario y resolución incidencias.

• Estudios en Ade o similares
• Buen manejo Excel
