Requirements

What we're looking for

Minimum 15 years of experience in the IT sector.
Experience in Financial Management and/or IT Suppliers.

Education & certifications

Bachelor's Degree and/or University Degree.
A Master's degree (MBA) or certifications in Financial Management and/or Supplier Management is a plus.
Comprehensive knowledge of the insurance sector, ITIL Expert, Project Management, Service Management, Agile, and Lean IT certifications.
Expert proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

The role

Reporting to the head of the IT Governance area, you will be responsible for IT budget planning and control of financial resources of the Corporate IT Management, as well as managing the performance of IT suppliers to ensure the quality of services provided and the search for efficiencies.

What you'll do

Preparation of budgets and control of the financial resources of Santalucía and Group Companies.
Preparation of dashboards and KPIs to monitor and track budget execution and identify deviations and efficiencies.
Definition and maintenance of the Cost Model per Service.
Management of billing related to strategic projects.
Management of the IT Procurement Plan for Santalucía and Group Companies.
Review and monitoring of IT tenders and contracts with Legal.
Management of HW/SW Orders.
Continuous improvement of the processes under their responsibility.
People management, evaluation, and training.
