You will be responsible for providing professional services to APC customers (https://www.apc.com/es/es/), including on-site technical analysis to resolve customer issues and performing field service tasks across the full range of single-phase and three-phase APC equipment. Main Responsibilities and Functions: Perform commissioning, preventive maintenance, and repairs on UPS systems up to 1.5 MVA and in parallel or redundant configurations. Document all required information for each service visit. Properly document, label, and return all defective parts used in the repair of APC equipment to the designated location for disposal or repair. Provide training to customers on the basic operation of their equipment. Identify business opportunities that are beneficial for both the customer and Schneider Electric. Required Skills: Fundamental knowledge of electricity and measurement equipment is required. A high level of customer service skills is required, as well as the ability to travel. Technical Knowledge: High level of technical knowledge of electrical components. Ability to interpret a wide variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form. Education and Experience: Associate's degree in electronics/electricity, or 2-3 years of equivalent experience in a related field, or equivalent combinations of education and experience.
