You will be responsible for providing professional services to APC customers (https://www.apc.com/es/es/), including on-site technical analysis to resolve customer issues and performing field service tasks across the full range of APC single-phase and three-phase equipment.

• Perform commissioning, preventive maintenance, and repairs of UPS systems up to 1.5 Megawatts in unit or parallel systems
• Document all information required for each visit performed.
• Correctly document, label, and return all defective parts used in the repair of APC equipment to the designated location for disposal/repair.
• Customer training on the basic operation of their equipment.
• Detection of business opportunities that are beneficial to both the customer and Schneider

• High level of technical knowledge of electrical components.
• Ability to interpret a wide variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business procedures, professional documents, and technical procedures
• Ability to write reports
• Skills to interact effectively with customers, identifying and resolving their problems efficiently.
• Ability to present information effectively and respond to questions from diverse groups (managers, customers, users)
• Must be able to perform tasks with general direction regarding global objectives. Work is usually quite independent from other team members.
• Must operate within the division policy guidelines using independent judgment to achieve assigned objectives.
• Proficiency in personal computing, including email, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheets, graphics, etc.
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Aptitude to acquire new technical knowledge, as well as specific Schneider Electric platforms and tools.
• Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborating and sharing knowledge.
• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve department and company goals.

Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures.

Possess a valid driver's license.
